Do you want to get stronger? Feel better about yourself? Have more energy? Get in better shape (and look like it!?) If so, then this is the class for you. I will teach you the magic of Joseph Pilates mat exercises and how just a couple of sessions per week can change your life. Pilates matwork is a series of dynamic movements that continually stretch you while teaching you to move from your center, the ‘powerhouse’. Your core will grow stronger to support better posture, balance and movement. To enhance the experience I also like to incorporate different fun props – the Magic Circle, arm weights, foam rollers, and more!
