This is a group for anyone interested in improving their fitness. We conduct our sessions based on a Sprinting program that is open to all levels of fitness. If you are looking forward to burning body fat, building lean muscle, improving your metabolism and having fun with your peers, Pure SPRINT Fitness welcomes you.
