What we're about

Our group is for anyone interested in telling a story. Writers of all skill levels are welcome and encouraged to join us.

We meet twice a month on Thursday evenings at the Pierce County South Hill Library on 154th and Meridian.

Our meetings consist of writing games and challenges, brainstorming, sharing ideas, spitballing ideas, interacting with guest speakers, and in general supporting each other on our journey.

All members currently are working on creative fiction writing and this is where our focus is at this time, however, it's not required.

We realize that, unlike the world in our fantasies, most adults have to work for a living. We are willing to host virtual meetings as well if the interest arises. We currently do have members who join via Skype.

Our writing is submitted via shared folders on google drive for critique and we discuss these in the meetings and via email.

Please be willing to take constructive feedback on your writing. Sometimes that requires having a thick skin, which is why all feedback must be constructive, honest, and helpful.

Please join our group and let's have a little fun on the journey to tell our stories.
