# (Talk 1) Vincent Warmerdam: Chatting with Pokemon from the Command Line - An Open-Source Chatbot made with Rasa
In this talk Vincent will start from scratch to explain how Rasa (https://rasa.com) makes it easy to build a chatbot using open source tools. We’ll also see Vincent live code a contribution to an open source chatbot that allows you to ask anything about pokemon.
# (Talk 2) Dawid Golebiewski: Simplicity is a great virtue - unfortunately, complexity sells better
Network effects are all around us, from COVID19 to file sharing. Dawid will introduce cadCAD (https://cadcad.org), the only open-source library that spans agent-based and system dynamics for simulation of such effects. The live-coding session might involve viruses!
About the speakers:
Vincent Warmerdam is helping out the research and developer advocacy teams at rasa.com. This means that you can ask him anything related to NLP and chatbots. He also helped start PyData Amsterdam, which has been described as "simply the best data conference in the Netherlands."
Dawid Golebiewski is a machine learning engineer and contributor to cadCAD.
