Changepoints to Improve Forecasts (Estimation Window Selection for A&E Arrivals Forecasts)

When forecasting time series, we often use all of the historical data to fit the model we will use. However, as time series are increasing in size, it may be the case that some historical data is no longer informative. Here we present an approach to choosing the 'best' estimation window for building our forecasting model.
