Title: Ⅹ pounds of poo in Ⅴ loud acts
Presentation Overview:
This presentation is an 'educational performance'. We'll talk about giving and building demos. We'll be presenting a future we see using Jupyter and open source. This talk promises to be a 'wild ride'.

Presenter: Mike Claes and Aarthi Janakiraman

Title: Improving notebook collaboration and security with JupyterLab extensions
Presentation Overview:
Jupyter notebooks and JupyterLab have become indispensable tools in the data science workflow. Notebooks, however, are not really geared toward version control or collaborative editing. It is also extremely easy to unintentionally expose confidential data. During this interactive demo, we’ll show how to use JupyterLab extensions and several best practices to make your notebooks more shareable and secure while retaining all the benefits of the Jupyter environment.

Mike is a Manager, Data Science at Cisco Systems
