Thank You !

Our speakers will be:

  • [CANCELLED] Paweł Żmiejko: "The AI Revolution: The Far Future Coming Soon"

The presentation will cover the topic of the Artificial Intelligence Revolution which brought the AI solutions into technological projects. The speaker will mainly focus on AI methods supported by Python. Paweł Żmiejko – a co-founder of noxai.com (http://noxai.com/) startup designing AI solutions for legal documents analysis. He supports development of the local technological community in Bialystok. He is a co-organizer of the first IT conferences in Poland, DevOps Days and PyData. A co-founder of Coderdojo Bialystok – a charitable organization that teaches computer programming to children. He is educated in the area of IT and telecommunication. He has worked in Polish telco companies on executive and engineering positions. He has also managed the manufacturing company.

In the last couple of years there’ve been a lot of buzz generated around performance of deep learning algorithms. DeepMind’s AI plays Atari games, Google’s AI recognizes cats on youtube, smartphones are great at speech recognition, and who knows what we’ll read about tomorrow.

In the talk we’re going to show you what’s deep learning about using a couple of practical examples. You’ll see that the state-of-the-art of machine learning is not out of reach of a determined pythonista who doesn’t keep away from math.

  • lightning talks - free slots waiting! :)

Doors open at 18:00, talks start at 19:00pm, about 9pm we move to a pub (TBC). We are ready to host 100 folk in the room so there may be plenty of people to discuss data science questions with!

Please remember to unRSVP if you realize you can't make it - it will help a lot for our crew.

And make sure you follow @pydatawarsaw for any updates and early announcements.

PS1: default language is English, but there may be some exceptions from the rule
