Talk 1: Python for Computer Vision

Python has become a common chose of the machine learning community. I've used it vastly in machine learning-deep learning projects as well as for computer vision challenges. I've won several medals at machine learning competitions and would like to share the experience of using Python tools and libraries for AI and computer vision (https://github.com/tatigabru/kaggle-imet).
In particular, I could cover:

• Deep learning libraries in python: Keras vs Pytorch
• Basic computer vision pipeline (on the example of a kaggle competition)
• Choosing metrics and losses for computer vision tasks
• Useful computer vision libraries: openCV, PIL, imgaug, torchvision, etc.
  Images preprocessing and augmentations with python

Talk 2: Rasa - Open Source Conversational AI

In this talk Vincent will start from scratch to explain how Rasa (https://rasa.com) makes it easy to build a chatbot using open source tools. He will demonstrate how pipelines in scikit-learn are substantially different from pipelines for chatbots. At the end he will demonstrate a chatbot that you can run yourself on the command line.
