TALK 1: Dubin Bikes Analysis - Learnings along the way
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dublin's popular bike-sharing scheme 'Dublin Bikes' has 100+ stations across the city where people can pick up & drop off a bike. Data on bike usage & stations are publicly available. In this talk, I will present an analysis of the dataset and tools & techniques I learned along the way.

Speaker(s) Bio:
Rachael McBride started out as a lab-coat-wearing scientist in Biotech. However, due to her clumsy nature, she quickly realized that the world would be a safer place if she left the science lab behind & ran her experiments on computers instead. With a PhD in Bioinformatics, & 10+ years of experience dabbling with data science across a range of industries, Rachael enjoys digging deep into difficult problems to derive useful insights & solutions.

TALK 2: Data Analysis of the Gender Pay Gap Dataset
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
In this talk, we present a descriptive analysis performed in Python programming language using the Gender Pay Gap dataset showing how gender impacts salaries. Also, we will present the results of two models - a regression model to predict salary based on gender & a classification model to predict gender based on salary.
