Data Wrangling with Pandas (workshop)

Use Python to Wrangle with Data!

The talented Sandrine: Pythonista, Maths Teacher and Data Scientist is repeating her highly successful hands-on workshop, just for the Pyladies! This workshop will give you both an introduction to Pandas, and the opportunity to practice with real datasets.

We will use Jupyter notebook (previously iPython notebook), so please aim to have this set up on your machine prior to the event (but if you need a little help on the night, that's fine too). Information found at http://jupyter.org/install.html

We will work on an end-to-end example together to get hands-on practice of this critical phase of the Data Science workflow, and then you will tackle different applied exercises on other datasets at your own pace.

When you RSVP, you will be asked for your full name, company and job title comma separated e.g. Jane Smith,Fun Factory,Web Developer. If you don't answer this properly, you will be removed from the attendees list.
