When a year ago results of our Employee Survey were shared, it was clear that our tech department struggles with one thing in particular: documentation. Results of that survey sparked a change in how we treat and approach documentation in BuzzFeed tech. Come to hear our story and what we've learned about tech documentation in the past year.
