12:15 - 13:00 Hakim Rudels, Talent Manager and Head of Recruitment at Netlight, will tell us everything we want to know about how to transform all this awesome coding we love doing into our 'day job', and what to expect while doing so. He's there for us and not the other way around, so take this opportunity to ask all the questions you might be reluctant to ask in a more formal context.
