While no one intentionally creates a bad design, sometimes we end up with one despite our best efforts. This discussion will focus on ways we can avoid bad system design by examining how good intentions go awry. We'll also introduce considerations for human-centered design, as well as other good programming and design principles that can help make our systems more robust, resilient, and even user-friendly!
