Spotipy and PYCON2018

This month our meeting will be split into two sections, the first a look at Spotipy, a python library giving easy access to the Spotify API calls. We'll look at a few examples of what you can use this for and a look at python libraries that make getting data from the web easier in general.

The second half will be a brief recap of the highlights from PYCON 2018 which will have finished early in the week.
