Micro:bit programming

Details

This month we'll be getting hands on with micro processing by writing code for micro:bits.

The BBC Micro:bit is a hand-held programmable micro computer which can have code written for it in a variety of languages including Javascript, Scratch, and of course, Python. It's used around the world as a way to introduce children to programming but can be used for a variety of tasks outside of education.

Dave Ames will give a short introduction and then we'll break into groups to start playing with them.

It would help if anyone attending could bring a computer and install the Mu Editor from https://codewith.mu/ before the session.
