Next lecture “Trust me! I know what I’m doing - I can write Fortran in any language”, will be presented by Ivica Munitić, software architect from Maurer Electronics.

He will be speaking about code quality and tips and tricks on how to keep code clean and organised. Some of the things that will be addressed are:

• composition vs inheritance
• simple vs easy (slot machine paradigm)
• consistent naming
• consistent formatting of code
• copy/paste vs early optimisation
• private methods are public interfaces

everything based on 25 years of personal experience.
