All can easily learn and benefit from Qi Gong exercises, which are pleasurable and fun to do, enhancing body functions, flexibility, joint and spinal mobility, range of motion and strength. Qi Gong teaches healthy body mechanics, promoting healing, preventing injuries and improving balance.
