Just a quick update. Apparently there actually is an API for basis watch:

Maybe I'll take some time over the weekend to write a chrome extension to turn that into a csv/xsl downloader

That sounds useful. I'm still waiting on the Android phone app a full month after it was promised to be here.

Thanks to John Gomm for a thorough and interesting review of the Basis watch!

Heard about some interested projects in tracking liver enzymes, general fitness and triathlon training. Also had good discussion about sustaining change in long term habits and gamifying goals.

I'm sorry everyone, I've had a little emergency come up today and I'm not going to be able to attend our meetup at Silvergreens.

I'm bummed, and sorry, but I'll definitely keep an eye out for the next one! Hopefully, by then, I'll have some test results of my own to share!

Have fun, can't wait for the next meetup!

I agree with Justin that we'd want to keep any requested donation for covering a room rental to less than or up to $5.

So for this week, I'll set the location for Silvergreen's, which worked out well last time, unless this Saturday is easy for Self Echo. If not, we'll explore better timing for April that would be convenient. The goal is to provide times for all interested to participate. some Some people can't make weeknights, and weekends are difficult for others, so we alternate the schedule.

What about SBCC, or maybe Antioch? Or some other school?

Depending on timing, Self Echo would be delighted to donate our conference room... we're on Chapala and Anapamu.

It looks like space could be available at a few of our libraries, for a small fee ($20 to $30).

If meeting with an awesome group meant fronting $2-$4 per person, I'd do it...

    Cheers!
