Seattle Quantified Self Show + Tell #10

Thanks to everyone who came to our meetup in December at YearUp Puget Sound.

We had fantastic talks on going cold turkey, and lessons from years of self-tracking.

We've scheduled the next one! Please come and bring your enthusiasm for self-tracking and self-experiment. You and your graphs, spreadsheets, biometric devices, practical solutions and crazy notions are all welcome. In general, we'd prefer real self-tracking projects you're working on yourself, rather than sales pitches or tools for someone else to use. We'll have a social hour from 6 pm to 7 pm, followed by a series of short 5 minute talks and discussion.

We want to hear about what you've been tracking! If you're interested in doing a show + tell, please email the organizers in advance so we have an idea of what to expect.
