JOIN - RL tha Gifted 1 a veteran spoken word artist hailing from Brooklyn, NY. RL has been a former host of his own open mic show for over 10 years called ''RL's Lyric Lounge''. RL has featured some of the top talent in tha Tri-state area with his show including Ngoma, ItsReaLight, Baron & others. He has also performed himself at various top spots including the Nuyorican Poets Cafe, Bowery Poetry Club, Hottest Poets, etc. The Philly born poet has also been a part of the one on one slam scene, assisting as mc announcer for the famed ''Big Mouth Bouts'' series with fellow artist Kool Breeze.
