THE SESSION

Both Power BI and Power Apps work effectively on their own. Power Apps is becoming the latest trending tool for organizations to be able to build apps/workflows that are tailored to their needs. Many users are wanting to write back to the database from their reporting platform. Organizations have been using trial and error attempts using SSRS parameters which just aren’t best practices. PBI also only offers static commentary.
One such workflow is the dynamic commentary that give the user the flexibility to write back to the database from a Power BI platform, when both Power BI and Power apps integrate with each other.
The high-level agenda will be as follows
 Introduction to Power Apps.
 Commonalities between Power Apps and Power BI
 How can Power BI Integration benefit users in real life?
 Why should Power Apps talk to Power BI?
 What is Power BI Integration ?
 Architecture overview with PBI Integration Demo
 Filtering Power Apps from Power BI
