The company specialises in analysing organisational data relating to voice of customer, quality assurance, claims, surveys and event management. As a leading ML Engineer at otso, Sam is responsible for developing and deploying the company's SOTA NLP models.

You want code demo and practical ML tips? We heard you! This event will be very hands-on! A large proportion will be dedicated to actual code work-throughs of how to perform fundamental NLP analysis on a real-world m y s t e r y dataset. The session will cover:

• POS (Part of Speech) tags
• Dependency Parsing
• Named Entity Recognition
• Analysing NLP outputs
• Scaling NLP analysis
