Make sure everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn't allowed, and degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated.

Respect Everyone's Privacy:
Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great, but may also be sensitive and private. What's shared in the group should stay in the group.

Please Use "I" Statements:
Unless someone explicitly asks for assistance in an area, please only use I statements when responding. "I went through something similar and this is what I found..." rather than "You should do..."

There Is No Ruler Here:
Feel free to start a conversation, organize an event, or share relevant information. Just keep in mind...

What we don't want is this group to become a spammy mess or one-sided. Your engagement, your voice matters. Be a contribution ask for help, share relevant tools and resources that make a difference. I just ask that you think to yourself, "Is this furthering, engaging or relevant to the people in this group?"
