It's a brew day (and Easter, the most delightfully strange holiday)! We'll be doing the usual backyard brew plus working on our keezer build. Our small chest fridge will get a wood collar and we will install taps for serving beer at our parties! Water starts cooking at noon, mash, sparge, boil and hop additions, cooling, and into the carboy for fermentation. Come learn or hang out and eat grilled delights. Bring snacks, bring grillables, bring your friends, family, children and dog. Something is always on tap but you are welcome to bring a favorite beer.
