Are you a graphic novel or comics enthusiast? Are you wondering what all the graphic novel fuss is about and looking to dip your toe in? Then this is the bimonthly book club for you!

Every other Wednesday from 7-8pm we gather to discuss a single volume graphic novel at your local inclusive comic book store, Books With Pictures! Enjoy a complete, visual story that only takes 1-3 hours to read, then come share your thoughts over a steaming pot of non-caffeinated tea with us!

On Wednesday the 22nd, we'll be discussing Molly Mendoza's recent graphic novel Skip! This book takes approximately 1.5 hours to read- not counting all the time you could spend poring over the incredible painterly pages... Book description: "A colorful, unpredictable post-apocalyptic world comes alive in Skip, when two unlikely friends, Bloom and Gloopy, find themselves tossed from dimension to dimension." Quick Reads and Tea Feb 5: UPGRADE SOUL by Ezra Claytan Daniels

On Wednesday, February 5th from 7-8pm, we'll be discussing the acclaimed sci-fi philosophical horror story "Upgrade Soul." This book takes approximately 2 hours to read, and will be discussed over tea at the lovely Books With Pictures on Division! Book description: "For their 45th anniversary, Hank and Molly Nonnar decide to undergo an experimental rejuvenation procedure, but their hopes for youth are dashed when the couple is faced with the results: severely disfigured yet intellectually and physically superior duplicates of themselves.
