Sahaja Yoga Meditation is for everyone who desires to find his or her true self that is filled with peace, joy, and love. It is not just a set of exercises but a living science that will open up to you gradually as your meditations become deeper and your experiences stronger.

Sahaja means ‘spontaneous’ while Yoga translates to ‘union’ and thus, Sahaja Yoga is a technique that helps us achieve the spontaneous union of our energy with the all-pervading energy. This union leads us to a state of meditation or thoughtless awareness.

During the meditation classes, we will show you how to achieve this state of thoughtless awareness and continue to meditate at home. You will also learn about the subtle chakras and channels, and how they govern the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of your lives.

Sahaja Yoga Meditation is practiced in over 100 countries, is always offered free of cost, and is open to everyone. Come, try it out!
