Title: "COVID-19 Forecasting at the National and Local Levels using R"
The talk will focus on the forecasting COVID-19 cases and transmission numbers using EpiNow2 in R. It will be a discussion on the methods involved and the story of collaboration behind the project. We will also present latest results about the trends of COVID-19 at the national and regional level. The Australian Government, through the Australian Embassy in the Philippines and the Australia Awards and Alumni Engagement Program - Philippines (AAAEP-P), supported this venture through its Alumni Grants Scheme initiative.
