#105 Building Shiny Testing Architecture

In this workshop, Marcin Dubel will present the concepts of setting up an efficient testing environment. He will also guide us through hands-on exercises on building unit tests, data validation, integration tests, frontend tests, and performance tests. After this workshop, we will know how to set correct architecture and automate the testing process to ensure that production projects are working as expected.

Marcin is a Staff Engineer at Appsilon (www.appsilon.com), focusing on establishing and implementing best practices in Appsilon projects. Before joining Appsilon he worked as a Shiny programmer and consultant for a pharmaceutical company. He has Master's degrees in Economics, Quantitative Economics, and Finance from the University of Warsaw, and the SGH Warsaw School of Economics . He is interested in improvements in the process of software development and he enjoys sharing his knowledge with other teams.
