RIoT 50 - Examining Accessibility Through Two Lenses

Details

RIoT tackles the challenges of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, hosting leading experts to examine tech accessibility through two social justice lenses: tech access limited by location, race, and income and tech access limited by physical and cognitive disabilities.

What does accessibility and inclusion look like through a digital lens? It looks like access to broadband and technology resources regardless of race, income or location. It looks like website features that enable people with disabilities and impairments to easily use electronic devices and access digital content. It looks like governments and organizations coming together to ensure everyone has the tools to succeed.

Join RIoT and The Diversity Movement to learn how to help drive the tech industry's forward progression.

Speakers Include:
John Samuel, Co-Founder & CEO of Ablr
Jess George, Government & Community Affairs Manager at Google Fiber
Sharon Delaney McCloud, VP Professional Development at Walk West
Matt Bauer, VP Connected Communities Lead, Wireless Research Center
