The year is 1896, in a world superficially like our own, but drastically different beneath the surface. The Department of Unconventional Philosophical Resolutions (or DUPR), a secret department of the Crown, investigates mad scientists and other unusual or unexplained threats to the British Empire. They wage a secret war against a cabal of Prussian nobles calling themselves "Das Ubersehen", and you are about to be recruited into there secret war.

This is a GURPS Steampunk game that's kind of a 19th century X-FIles. Knowledge of GURPS would be helpful, but by no means necessary. I already have two players, and am looking for two or three more. The first session will be on February 8th at Games Plus in Mount Prospect at 5 PM. The two existing players will arrive at 7 PM, giving us 2 hours for character creation, if it's needed.
