What we're about

Interval workouts geared towards increasing speed and endurance for road racing. Running workouts are held at Prairie Point Park. Runners meet at the Oswego Park District building at corner of Grove and Plainfield Road. Workouts are tailored to your skill level! Beginners welcome! Weight Training for Runners will begin on Wednesday nights at RSM Outfitters, inc. located at 1509 Mitchell Drive in Oswego. This class begins at 7pm and will be geared towards improving mobility and strength to improve performance/running form and to help ward off injury!

We will also be running interval workouts indoors at the brand new Go For It Sports Dome in Yorkville over the winter starting in December!
