ALN Lightening Talks

Happy November!

It's that time of year again. This month, we will host our traditional Lightening Talks. Come join us at NetApp and hear 11 folks from your local Agile Community share their passion...in 5 min bursts.

The format is simple - We'll start a timer and you have 5 minutes to present a topic of your choosing. Slides and visuals are not required. If you do use visuals, usually 7 slides is the upper limit. At the end of the 5 minute timebox, your session is over (whether you're finished or not).

If you've ever considered presenting, this is a great way to hone your public speaking skills in a safe environment. It is also a great way to 'test the waters' on a topic to see if it resonates before building out a larger presentation. As an observer, it is a great way to take in a variety of topics in one sitting.

Again, if you've never presented in public, this is a great, low-risk opportunity to share and grow your experience.
