RTPVR is happy to host a panel on VR, AR, and 360 Video at the American Underground. It will be an open discussion so come with any questions or topics of interest. The current panelists are:

Elizabeth A. Evans is the Manager of the Duke Digital Initiative, where she lead efforts to explore new and emerging technologies and how they might be applied to teaching and learning at Duke University. This includes technologies such as virtual reality (and other immersive experiences), augmented reality, drones, and motion tracking.

Derek Allen Rowe is an expert in 360 video production and distribution. He is a Producer at Doctrine Creative, Creator of Wild Eyes (http://putonyourwildeyes.com/), and has collaborated with other local 360 video producers, like LEVR Studios.

Christophe Lafargue heads the sales and marketing of Lucid Dream and has the privilege of bringing world changing technology to his clients. He has a history of transforming organizations, and is inspired by turning creative ideas into (virtual) reality. Lucid Dream builds VR/AR-powered software solutions for enterprise Sales, Marketing, & Training clients.

(Host) Alex Grau is the Organizer of RTPVR, was the CTO at Total Cinema 360, has consulted on software for Meta Augmented Reality, and serves as an advisor to several local VR startups.

Event Location: The Event will be in the Bullpen (basement floor, main room) of American Underground @Main. Doors open at 5:45pm.

Demoing: Everyone is welcome to bring their VR headsets to give demos. If you will be demoing, send us a message or comment below so we have enough tables ready.
