Join us for our next panel and workshop on Wednesday, March 6 from 9-11am as we discuss Customer Experience as a Retention Tool. Panelists include the Customer Experience Lead at Thirdlove, Head of Northwest Sales at Bustle, and the Director of Innovation and Strategy at Accenture. Our workshop will be led by panelist and Director of Design Strategy and Innovation at Accenture, Tony Eaton. We will be using the creative process of Design Thinking to understand the customer’s needs, POV, and pain points.
