Rancher 2.3 Update

Rancher have recently GA'd 2.3 with a number of new and exciting features.

In this meetup we want look at the key new features:

• Cluster templates and what they can do for hardening and security
• Built-in Istio deployment
• New VMware node driver
• Windows container
  but we'll also include a short recap for those new to Rancher.
