Working out alone can be boring. Come out and join us for random group running, HIIT workouts, socializing, and more. This is a fun and supportive group where women help encourage each other to workout/run more no matter how fast or slow your pace is. Walkers are welcomed too! Some of the meet up locations will include the trail on Spotsylvania Pkwy, Patriot Park, and Old Mill Park. Running days and times are random so check the schedule regularly for updates. Activities will include themed runs, short distance, long distance, sprint intervals, fun running games, walking/recovery, and whatever else we can come up with. Some may not be able to run a full mile nonstop just yet, while others may be running a 6:00/mile, that’s why you’ll set your own goals and strive to get better. You can run/walk at your own pace, stay with the group, or run ahead. If you’re lucky, you’ll meet someone that runs the same pace as you. But if not, don't worry, because there will be other women there to encourage you and cheer you on along the way. So let's have fun while we run!

Who may join:
• Only women allowed to join the group.
• Men are allowed to attend most meetups, unless otherwise stated, and only if they are accompanied by a woman in the group.
• Children are welcomed to accompany group member as long as they don't interfere with the progress of other runners.
• Sorry, no pets allowed.
