This is a group for anyone interested in learning about and tinkering with the Raspberry Pi microcomputer. This is open to all skills levels, so if you've been considering trying it out, join up! I'm looking to create a small community in the area who can get together and rely upon each other to learn. As far as credentials, I've been working frequently with Raspberry Pi for the past three years, am currently a Raspberry Pi Certified Educator, and will be leading and supporting in Picademies in the Northeast. I've run successful Jams (essentially Pi maker days) at various schools and at Barnes and Noble. So, there's quite a bit that I know, and quite a bit that I don't know, haha. As the group grows, I hope to have a wide variety of members being able to help one another. Consider this group if you have questions, want to work on a project, want to work with like-minded individuals, or would like to start from the basics. I'll be running Jams more frequently this year and will encourage others to do the same!
