Payments for meeting

We are looking for methods of making sure that there are no shortages in the payments of the room used at the meeting. At this time the payment is $5 per person. However, if we end up with fewer, then the cost goes up per person.

The room holds 10 comfortably but knowing that it is not always possible to plan for any given day, we have opened the RSVP to the meetings to up to 15 people including guests. Hopefully, with this, we can create less of a situation that would cause a shortfall in the payment of the rent.
