Joe Nickell is arguably the foremost debunker of paranormal events in the world today. He has appeared on TV shows too numerous to mention, and has written many illuminating books and articles about supposedly paranormal goings on. The Science Center here in St. Louis recently hosted a 'ghost hunting' expdedition which really sounded like a mockery of the scientific method, which caused a flurry of letters locally, but the science center went ahead with it anyway. The Rationalist Society is proud to present some much-needed truth to a community awash in pseudo-scientific nonsese.
