Sunday, November 18,[masked]:00pm to 8:00pm Location: Immanuel Lutheran Church, 616 Lake St., Evanston, IL 60201 (free parking, close to Purple line) 5:00pm Special Guest Chef Mai Demo – Raw Vegan Stuffing “Strengthening the Immune System with Energy, Spice and Ayurveda” Guest Speaker Dr. Archana Lal-Tabak, co-founder, Heart of Transformation Wellness Institute in Evanston, is an Integrative Mind-Body Physician and Psychiatrist using Nutrition, Ayurveda, Body-centered psychotherapies and Energy modalities including Homeopathy. www.bodymindmedicine.com Information tables with Chef Mai, Dr Archana Lal-Tabak, Dr Jane Fresne (neurofeedback and naprapathy), and more! This will be a fancy raw vegan potluck. We ask you to bring a dish using our recipes.… the Green Gratitude Chef Team will be plating this special meal for us. We will also need a few people to make a cash donation to help cover costs of some of the dishes the chefs will make. Everyone Welcome!
