Describe your current eating style, example: vegetarian, standard American diet, about 50% raw, etc...

Standard American diet, but trying to lean more towards raw fruits & veggies. I'm always trying to find better ways to eat, especially after my allergy test revealed I'm allergic to preservatives & have been all my life, as I remember back. I end up with red skin, hives, with swelling of the throat & asthma. Nothing immediately life threatening, but I'd like to not be so tired either.

What do you hope to get out of raw food Meetups?

More ways to eat better. Also, I just started reading the book: Maximized Living Nutrition Plans, The Solution to the Dangers of Modern Nutrition, so am learning alot with that!

What are the biggest challenges facing you with regard to your eating habits?

Going out to eat.

Do you have a favorite raw food dish or recipe? If so, what is it?

Chicken stir fry with garlic flavored olive oil, just throw in some frozen veggies, and brown rice. Easy & yum!
