Describe your current eating style, example: vegetarian, standard American diet, about 50% raw, etc...

Not a total standard American diet; I do buy organic fruits and veggies when possiable; unfortunity not enough. I find myself buying less prosecced foods.

What do you hope to get out of raw food Meetups?

Get ideas from foods that my kids can eat while on the run. Introduce them to better eating habits.

What are the biggest challenges facing you with regard to your eating habits?

My family. I hope to introduce them to "raw foods" a little at a time.

Do you have a favorite raw food dish or recipe? If so, what is it?

Not yet, since this is pretty new to me, I haven't tried too many recipes. I have made raw guacamole. It was very good.


I hard Sheree speak at the Extreme makeover not too long ago, and was very interested in the Raw food concept and would like to learn more
