An awesome offer and some news too!

Dear Raw Food MeetUp Friend,

I am writing to you to tell you of some changes I am making in my practice and to update you about other things at Fork in the Road.

Think of this as my "Holiday Letter."

NOTE: to subscribe to my monthly Fork in the Road newsletter (with free raw recipes and health tips!), opt in here:

Fork in the Road TV Show!

As I look ahead to the final three episodes of Fork in the Road with Sheree Clark, the TV show we launched in the middle of Raw Food Week, I am moved to give a huge shout out to all the folks who made this show possible: from our advertisers, to my show guests, to Brooke Benschoter, Aaron Ward and Marah Wiegel (who never flinch when I have to do four retakes of one silly sentence).

Also, if we succeed in getting all the ad spaces and sponsorships sold, we are planning to forge ahead with Season Two (debuting this Spring).  If you like the show, you can help by telling us your ideas for who could/would be a good fit for our healthy-lifestyle programming. Remember, I cover all aspects of health (all the recipes are raw vegan!), so many products and services fit our main demographic of women aged 25-70 and men ages 40-60.  Please contact me directly at [address removed] with suggestions.

My Services: New Year. New Approach.

As for my health coaching practice, the demand for my services is humbling, and I have made changes to the primary program to be able to accommodate demand without compromising the personalized sessions I offer.  In addition to a classic six-month coaching program, I will now offer a three-month option. The shorter and less expensive sessions - with an increased emphasis on accountability - is appealing to many of you.  And for those who have already done a six-month program with me, it's the perfect "reboot, refresh, reconnect" idea that many of you have been asking for!

If you would like more information, please schedule a 50% off heath assessment with me. That's right: instead of the usual $50, just contact me before December 31 to set up an initial appointment for $25. I'll give you a form to fill out and you can come with your own questions as well. I have only done this once before - I had made 20 appointment slots available: We'll do it the same way this time. If you're interested, please act now (yes, you can extend the offer to others). Once the 20 appointment slots are gone, that's it.

Bonus Extras!!

  • Watch the Fork in the Road Facebook page closely for some awesome giveaways and contests coming up soon. I have been able to get some great support from companies you have heard of...But you can't win if you don't know what's happening, so follow along, OK? Likewise the MeetUp group is where you'll be able to see what classes I am offering.
  • Many of you took advantage of my other offer last month to meet individually with my yoga instructor for a private lesson (value $125) for free. James Miller has graciously extended the offer through the end of the year. For more information or to contact James directly, you can find him online at: . Be sure to mention that you are a friend of Sheree Clark to receive the free private session.

That's what I have for you as 2013 begins to fade. Watch your mailbox for the January 2014 issue of That's Forkin' Amazing! The feature story is about vision boards (VBs, as I like to refer to them) and how to do one. If you've worked with me before, you know I am keen on VBs--and juicing--two awesome ways to jump start into the new year!

May all your forks in the road be healthy,

Sheree Clark
