💻 The Talks
- Dead-simple animation with React Native Pose - Matt Perry
Animating interfaces in React Native traditionally involves state, plumbing, and imperative start calls.
In this talk, we'll learn how to write performant, declarative animations in seconds with React Native Pose's CSS-like API.
We'll discover how it alleviates traditional pain-points like coordinating multiple animations throughout the component tree and managing useNativeDriver.
- Real time audio processing in React Native - Zia Grosvenor
In this talk, we will compare cross platform audio engine libraries that can be used with React Native.
We will also discuss potential pain points and advise for building a smooth real time feel in an audio app with React Native.
There will be an example app, demonstrating the difference between updating an oscillator pitch from a React Native component and native UI component.
