Our group believe reading books and biographies is a fabulous way to produce innovative ideas and raise our creativity. We read leadership books to be inspired on how to lead a team for an AI project and stay knowledgeable in the field of AI.
One of the essential skills for being successful AI leaders is management skill. Weak executives skills increase the probability of losing AI talents
and also affect satisfaction and fertility of your employee. Smart and high skills employees leave their position to get away from their negative manager.
The following questions that were proposed by  and  are a useful measurement for your managment skill!
1. Have you explicitly established and demonstrated the imagination and strategy for your employees?
2. Have you struggled with each employee to assist him or her realise the role they play in adding to the achievement of the company?

In addition to that, and is either (1) industrial and professional information, including patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and other proprietary information, methods, designs, representations, patterns, discoveries, know-how, methods and process, device, tools, algorithms, software programs, software source records, and methods and formulation related to the current, future and proposed products and services that will be developed by leaders of the reading club, or (2) non-technical information relating to meet up's outcomes, including without limitation pricing, margins, marketing plans and tactics, investments, business and accounting data and information, suppliers, clients, customer records, buying data, marketing strategies, future marketing plans and any other information which is exclusive and confidential to leaders of the reading club and the members. Furthermore, the reading method that will be used is the exclusive intellectual property of the leaders of the reading club. Any change, modification, improving, integrating it with new technology cannot be done without obtaining formal permission from the leaders.
