This group is for those of you who are motivated to take action and reach your Real Estate goals the next 12 months. We are focused on education, strategy, and goal achievement. This will be a structured group that will provide tangible benefits for you as a buyer or investor of Real Estate here on the Central Coast. As a investor member you will have access to:

As a Member:
• You must be willing to get pre-approved and/or provide proof of funds
• Responsive to deals that are provided to you as a member. (If we don't hear from you if I send an email or call, I will pass the opportunity along to the next buyer or investor)
• Not be a real estate agent
