Jared Musser is the principal agent of the Mauka To Makai Real Estate Team and a founding member of Compass Hawaiʻi. He works with buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Oʻahu, with experience spanning investment properties, luxury homes, and residential real estate. Before entering real estate, Jared spent more than a decade in luxury hospitality, an experience that continues to shape his client-focused and solutions-oriented approach to the business.
### David Baquiran
Principal Broker, Aloha Pacific Properties
David Baquiran is the Principal Broker of Aloha Pacific Properties and a longtime Hawaiʻi real estate professional. He has served as the company’s principal broker since its formation and remains active in residential sales, leasing, and property management on Oʻahu. David is also involved with the Oʻahu chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, bringing a valuable perspective on both real estate transactions and the realities of owning and operating rental property in Hawaiʻi.
