Charles Nguyen – Although he maintains a full time job, he and his company are active house buyers (http://www.fairpriceoffers.com/) throughout the US. He specializes in creative financing, deal structuring, and implementing systems.
Ray Sasser - He has been buying houses for over 30 years. During that time, he has bought and sold hundreds of houses. He also owns a property management company and typically has 3-4 rehabs going on at any time. He is known throughout the investor community as an expert rehabber and an expert transaction engineer.
