About your hosts
Charles Nguyen – He recently left Corporate America to focus on real estate full time. His company is an active House Buyer and does deals throughout the US. He specializes in creative financing, deal structuring, and implementing systems.
Ray Sasser - He has been buying houses for over 30 years. During that time, he has bought and sold hundreds of houses. He also owns a property management company and typically has 3-4 rehabs going on at any time. He is known throughout the investor community as an expert rehabber and an expert transaction engineer.
