Jane Garvey is an active investor & educator focusing on real estate. She is also a rental property owner, author, group leader and Legislative Advocate.

In addition to running CCIA, Jane was the founding President of the Illinois Rental Property Owners Association and is still active on IRPOA's board and its Political Action Committee. She was VP on the founding Board of National REIA, wrote the monthly newsletter - Creative Investment Advisor for many years, as well as traveling nationally to speak, teach, and keynote at various real estate investment groups. She and written extensively on many aspects of the business.
